Leon Miller-Out
President and Chief Technical Officer
Leon acts as lead developer and supervises the programming team. Prior to founding Singlebrook, Leon worked in many areas of network, computer, and web software development. Leon is a graduate of Cornell University where he received an Engineering B.S., Magna Cum Laude. When not programming, Leon enjoys spending time with his children and playing guitar.
Jared Beck
Web Developer
Jared has a B.S. in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, Jared enjoys sailing and exploring the Adirondacks in his home-made canoe.
Technology specialties include: Designing normalized databases with relational integrity, SQL query optimization, object-oriented programming, automated testing, gathering complex functional requirements into concise user stories, and agile project management.
Sonny Michaud
Web Developer
Sonny studied Anthropology and Sociology at Cornell University, earning a B.S. in 2008. It was at this point that Sonny was able to turn his passion for computers and technology into a career. Since that time, Sonny has been involved in a number of projects which have spanned a wide breadth of modern web technologies. Sonny enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to practical programming problems. In his spare time, you may find Sonny with a book, his friends, or engaging in a game of kubb.
Erica O'Brian
Executive Assistant
Erica assists CEO, Elisa Miller-Out with the administrative duties at Singlebrook. Erica earned a B.A. from Burlington College in Vermont, majoring in Writing & Literature and Interamerican Studies. Her professional background includes administrative support for a nonprofit and managing operations at an architecture firm in Denver, CO. She enjoys seeing live music, hiking, snowboarding, reading and gardening.
Isaiah Fischer
Web Developer
Isaiah cofounded a text-based MMORPG at the age of fourteen. This started him on the path to becoming a web developer. Beginning with PHP and MySQL, he journeyed through HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery. He loves learning new languages, as well as improving on languages he knows. Outside of his work with web programming, he enjoys trying new foods and playing games with his family.
Technology specialties include: Javascript, jQuery, Ruby on Rails, PHP, and ColdFusion
Mark Skodzinsky
Account Manager
Mark has worn many hats throughout his career, including web programming, real estate, construction, and software sales. As Sales/Account Manager, Mark can guide you and your organization through the process of leveraging Singlebrook as your web and mobile technology partner. In his spare time Mark likes to play golf and poker, and loves to spend time with his wife and 2 daughters.
Elisa Miller-Out
Chief Executive Officer
Elisa is the winner of the 2011 B Corp Supply Chain Award, the 2010 B Corp Policy Champion Award and the 2011 NYSAE New Star Synergy Award. She has been featured in articles in the New York Times, USA Today and many other publications. She's spoken about entrepreneurship and technology at several events including the We Live NY Summit at Cornell University and the NYSAE Technology Institute. She also volunteers as a technology sponsor for her BALLE chapter: Local First Ithaca and as President of the Barnard Club of Central NY. Elisa serves on the Council of Innovation Advisors for ConvergeUS. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College of Columbia University. Her hobbies and interests include local foods, fitness, social entrepreneurship, reading and playing Suzuki cello with her two daughters.
Dave Huffman
iOS / Web Developer
Dave loves challenging projects: either starting one from scratch or getting into an existing system and figuring out the nuts and bolts of it. When not at Singlebrook, Dave volunteers several nights a week at the local YMCA as the head youth swim coach. Dave received a B.S. in Computer Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Casey "CK" Keller
Project Manager
CK is committed to ensuring that Singlebrook projects are successful. She assists as you interact with the development team and will watch over your budget and timeline from kickoff through conclusion of the project. CK comes from the entertainment industry where she has experience managing large-scale global IT projects. She has a degree in Computer Information Systems and has received her MBA from California State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, cooking, and exploring Ithaca with her husband.
Tyler Finck
Designer
Tyler is the designer for Singlebrook. For the past seven years he has created a variety of visual materials across multiple mediums and industries, including logos, websites, print, and audio/photo/video projects. He also creates fonts.
Reade Harris
Web Developer / UI Designer
Reade developed a passion for web development while building an eCommerce platform for local artisans. A relentless student, he is constantly searching for new problem-solving techniques amongst many artistic and scientific disciplines. Above all, Reade seeks to foster elegance and expressiveness in his work and life.

Aaron Froehlich
Web Developer
Aaron left a successful career in marketing in order to bring his passion for programming to a company that shares his core values and for clients who understand and believe in the triple bottom line. Aaron lives with his wife and two sons at Ecovillage at Ithaca, and in addition to spending time with his family, loves hiking, biking and meditation.
