Most web software requires ongoing maintenance and support after the project is complete. Technology changes at a rapid rate and there are often things such as new browser versions and other peripheral changes that can cause bugs and impact how your site functions. We offer two types of long-term support for our software.
The first is on an "as-needed" basis. If there's a problem with your system, just contact us and we'll help you fix the problem at our hourly rate.
The second option is to purchase an annual support contract at approximately 10% of the project cost. The annual support contract ensures that any bugs that may crop up in your system will be fixed on a timely basis, without having to worry about hourly rates. Please note that a support contract will only cover work originally performed or created within the scope of the original project. It cannot be used to extend the existing code or to support changes to the scope, but it can be used to cap bug-fix expenses.
